Delivery Information

Delivery Options & Costs

We keep our delivery simple and straightforward. All orders are delivered at a flat rate of £35, with delivery typically taking place within 3–5 working days. Once your order has been placed, our courier will be in touch to confirm a convenient delivery date with you.
If you’d prefer, we also offer a free Click & Collect service from our Newport store. Simply choose this option at checkout and we’ll let you know as soon as your order is ready to collect.


How to Choose Your Delivery Date

Once your order has been placed, our courier will contact you directly to arrange a convenient delivery day.
If access to your property is difficult (narrow lane, tight corner, steep hill, etc.), please mention it in the “Delivery Notes / Instructions” box when placing your order. This helps our carrier plan properly and avoid failed deliveries.
If you need to change the delivery date after it has been arranged, contact us at least 72 hours before your scheduled delivery. Changes within 72 hours may incur a rescheduling fee.


Before Delivery — What You Need to Know

  • Access matters – If a fire-engine–sized vehicle can’t reach your property, let us know in advance. We’ll liaise with the carrier to ensure your order is delivered as close as possible.
  • Someone must be home – Most deliveries require a signature. If no one is there to accept, a redelivery fee may apply.
  • Delivery updates – Once dispatched, you'll receive email (and possibly SMS) updates including an estimated time of arrival.

Delivery Day — What Happens

  • Delivery method
    Flooring on pallets (large orders) will arrive via Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV). Smaller items (underlay, trims, accessories) may arrive via courier van, bubble-wrapped.
  • Kerbside delivery
    Drivers will drop your order as close as possible to your property. They won’t carry it inside. It’s best to have help ready to move items indoors.
  • Multiple shipments
    Sometimes parts of your order ship from different warehouses. We’ll inform you if your order arrives in separate deliveries.
  • Missed delivery
    We’ll contact you to reschedule. Additional delivery charges may apply if the carrier incurs extra cost.
  • Grace period
    While we aim to deliver by your selected date, we allow up to 10 working days for unforeseen delays (stock, transport, etc.). If we exceed this, you may request a full refund (but compensation beyond that is not guaranteed).

After Delivery — What to Do

  • Check immediately
    Before signing, inspect the outer packaging. If you suspect damage, sign “Damaged” and take photos.
  • Opening & inspecting
    Once opened, check all flooring packs. If there’s any defect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and details so we can sort it out.
  • Wrong items delivered?
    If the delivered products don't match your order, don’t accept delivery (if possible). If already accepted, photograph them and notify us right away.
  • Returns & refunds
    You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items (if eligible). Items must be unopened and in resalable condition. Please see our Returns page for the full process and terms.

    We deliver across most of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland). Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer delivery to the Republic of Ireland.
  • Can I change the delivery date after ordering?
    Yes — as long as you let us know at least 72 hours before your scheduled date. Changes within 72 hours may incur a charge if the order is already in transit or prepared.
