Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, you may cancel it in full. We will issue a full refund (including any delivery charges) as soon as possible - typically within 2 working days (though it may take 3–5 working days for banks to reflect this).


Returns — Change of Mind

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return items if you simply change your mind.
  • Goods must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging, with all labels intact, to be eligible for a refund.
  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the products (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll issue a refund (excluding any delivery or return shipping fees) to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt and inspection.

Returns — Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If your items arrive faulty, damaged or incorrect, notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will refund the return shipping costs or arrange for redelivery, depending on the case.
  • Once the item is received and confirmed to be faulty or mismatched, we’ll refund or replace it (your choice) at no extra cost to you.

Restocking & Deductions

  • If a returned item is not in its original, resalable condition, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to account for diminished value.
  • In cases of change-of-mind returns, we may apply a restocking fee (e.g. a percentage of the product value) in exceptional cases—depending on condition and handling.
  • Delivery costs originally paid are not refunded under change-of-mind returns.

How to Return

  1. Contact us to initiate a return and get your Return Authorization (RA).
  2. Pack the item carefully, using protective materials and the original packaging where possible.
  3. Send it to our returns address (we’ll provide this in your RA).
  4. Once we receive and inspect the goods, we will process your refund or replacement and notify you by email.
